Can items be returned?

For health reasons, there are no returns on catnip toys. For cat beds and placemats, returns are acceptable with a few caveats: The item must be in the same sellable (unused) condition in which it was received, and the return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. If we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a shipping label for the return. Return must be made within 3 days of product(s) being received.
