How does ordering work?

We hand make every single item you order so you can choose the fabric you love! On each product page, there will be a choice of fabric (except for the Cat Toys)  as well as a choice of how many items you want. Please keep in mind that if you choose 2 of the same item (i.e., two cat beds), the fabric will be the same for both items. If you want 2 items with DIFFERENT fabric, please choose them individually. This makes it more straightforward for you and us when it comes to creating your product. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about ordering.

Once you place your order, we receive it and get to work! Depending on our current workload and how much you have ordered, the creation process can take between 3 to 5 working days before we send it out to you.
